Well, it is a service based organization and if you are looking for a Job with not much pressure then you can take it but You must be in a project if you don't get the project then they can ask you to leave. For a person there are 3 managers (direct, indirect, practice) and all 3 can't help you to get into a project, you have to try and repeatedly check with them. Otherwise sooner or later they can say your services are not longed required. It didn't happen with me but few of my colleagues who were good but they didn't get the project.

Dislikes

Hiring a lot without any need. Can't give good hike to their own employees but for same level they can give new joiner Double the pay. Senior management is either scared or they don't want to listen to you. Too much pressure from Practice. And people who work in the same project in which practice manager is , they only get appreciated. that's the worst thing. It doesn't matter how much your client appreciate you but at the end if your practice thinks you are not fit for the award, they won't give. Work you can deliver but with that you have a lot of extra things like daily interviews, training to folks, support other projects..

Good WLB and better pay than avg service based company. Most of the work in cutting edge technologies

Dislikes

Lesser chances of Promotions. Typical mindset of maintaining floor presence, apart from your good work you have to maintain floor presence then only you will be nominated/considered for awards. You don't get promoted because you didn't ask but expected

Company policy is good and it is growing well.In company portal one can download all documents regarding employee, Salary is on last working day of month,no such bench policy. After resignation also, they do not take much time to give payment. In two months notice period, in last month if your last date is after 20th of month, then they take little time to give full and final settlement otherwise you will get it on last working day .But I would say Noida center is somewhat lagging than Bangalore. The company is well renowned, headquartered in Bangalore and people strength is less in Noida and maximum are working in Pimcore Technology.

Dislikes

Admin,HR department is somewhere not aware of company policy in Noida. Like Id card activation is done from Bangalore office.I think less number of people are there in Noida branch so that politics is more in Noida. Some general managers are there in Noida branch which are not at all supportive and dependent of some choosy existing employee rather than new one. Good appraisal is also applicable for those with whom manager are friendly and supportive that I noticed a lot. And one thing In Noida, pimcore is the one technology where maximum employees are working and it has no such demand in industry job market .

Dislikes

Apart from working in assigned project, manager asks you to help and support in other projects unofficially and gradually invites you in client call and daily scrum call also. On top of it, whenever required, HR invites you for taking interviews without even checking your availability. As we work using client laptop, we don't get time to check HM mails or teams frequently. To my surprise, I have even got calls from HR to take interview right away while attending a party, driving or even on leave.

No support from Onsite lead Onsite person is like he knows everything and behaves like a king.Disgusting and pathetic behaviour. Don't ever join soc project here.Your life become hell and there is too much politics in the higher management
