    Pune office Management is supportive. Good hike % if your excellent performer. Hybrid Work Policy. HR is also supportive. Currently working for client so Harman does not disturb and only communicates during appraisal cycle. Lots of new learning during project execution

    You will be paid on time. As a fresher, you can join, if you want to chill and get paid, not much workload. Flexibility depends upon your manager.

    Poor management, total mismanagement No job security Not so work culture because the only thing company talks about is work, no team lunch or dinner, no events even during festivals. You will be allocated to project but still non-billable means that you will be considered on bench and later on you will be deallocated from it and also removed from organisation.
