... Very horrible terms and conditions about leaves , no compensation about relocation, purposely extending probation period of all new commer at all levels to avoid apperisal and increment. Management involved at very very micro level, no appericiation, lose comments from old idiot people doesn't have the respective subject knowledge. I would recommend no person from good organisation should join this organisation. Even full and final settlement also getting is here problem it takes long period 1- 1.5 period which also not sure , my so many colleagues left from this organisation had very bad experience. Lots of internal politics.
