How can I overcome being underpaid?

I’m currently working as a Senior Software Engineer with ₹4 LPA. I consistently receive top ratings (1st or 2nd) from HCL. HCL was even giving promotion, but no hike. My current project brings in over $60,000 annually just for my role, yet the project manager says there’s no budget to give hike. (In fact, there was a situation where the client said that if I’m not on the project, they’ll shut down my current account alone client don't want to replace me with anyone else.) despite that manager not giving hike. now i'm trying to shift but not getting offer letter (since my work and interview process is whole new thing it takes so much time now i'm clearing tech rounds but not hr rounds) no one willing to pay me 8 LPA also they are giving 6.5 LPA 1.first question I want to get better package what should i handle whole new job search thing? 2.I don't want to face this underpaid situation again in my entire life i'm working as react frontend role what skills and personal grow i want to do?

Only liked one thing that HCL provided voucher for aws certification.

...ed in offer letter also). Now this component has been brought under performance. Managers gives random rating so that employee gets less variable pay almost 30% 40%. If a manager gives good rating, the rating is decreased by HR on purpose (Confirmed by HR itself ) so that employees would be payed as much as less variable pay. There are times, when manager forgets to give you rating and in that case default rating will be 0 and employee would be payed 0% monthly variable and annual variable. Regarding certification Voucher - Need to follow up for many months to get the voucher. Weekend Work : In case if you have worked on weekend, employee does not get comp off.

The most bizarre and worst company I have ever came across, no work,no salary,no growth. HR ko just favors the management at any cost,biased manager and old people with fear of loosing their jbs and upskilling themselves and also do not encourage new talent

If u work 20 years also u won't get hike. Not following basic standards with respect to salary for existing employees. No recognition for employees who are staying for long term.
