I am very pleased with the HCL work culture and work-life balance. The only concern I have is the lack of salary increases within the organization.

Based on project the work life balance will be and don't expect salary hikes if in case 5 percentage only ..no promotions and the job security good

Here in HCL TECHNOLOGIES work-life balance and job security is good to the mark, that to based on which client. Mostly people who work in company investment code will get high perks but mostly people work for client code will get nothing apart from client appreciation.

Dislikes

Very worst appraisal policy and salary hike. People who work mostly in client side will get nothing and all credit takes by manager whatever you attach for appraisal revisions. Mostly investment code people will manage these c code people takes people's credit and gives you nothing. I'm being in hcl for last 3 years and I got my appraisal revisions literally less than 10 % totally and not matched with industrial market standards.

...ou will) directly escalate to SVP and CPO. Middle management lacks authenticity. I dislike how the senior managers will steal your variable pay and put it in their pockets for their appraisal. Billed or non billed expect no respect. Especially in Financial services vertical.

I'm been in internal bench for 2years.. without work, they paid full salary. Work culture is Totally depends on Manager. Some give full freedom and friendly nature. Some are like asking updates for every halfn hour.

Dislikes

No much learning Oppurtunities. If they hire for particular role, some HRs and Managers woun't allow to other projects if there is no projects on those skills.
