3rd class behaviour of higher management.. it's extreme micro management and No respect for any employees! You'll have to convince HCL higher management fools along with convincing the Clients HCL Management never respect their workforce at all.. they remove on-site and ask you to do Night shifts

Salary credited on time. No risk of losing job as there’s a lot of projects

No appraisal on time and get deferred by quarter. There’s no promotion on time which results in a lot of dissatisfaction towards work Get burdened with work but no appreciation

Horrible work culture Poor hikes Cunning reasons for salary deductions. Not allowing leaves. Untrustworthy HR. Irresponsible Managers, HRs and leadership. Unrealistic expectations. Substandard Cafeteria food. Name-sake facilities like Gym, Yoga, etc. Lesser growth prospects Less dynamism in Roles Bad Cab policy

-Variable pay you wont full in your entire career even if you get 9/10 rating still you get 50℅ only company loot your money. -they doesn't provide option for employer share in NPS to save money as per new tax slab applicable only above grade E4. - 0℅ annual hike since 3 years even after you get top rating. -Medical insurance premium is too high. One get same at half price outside and moreover vendor Vidal health doesn't pay claim amount full. - They does not allow employee for early relieving even if you resign. Need to serve 90 days notice strictly. No option for negotiation and buyout also.

The plus with HCL is like if you are lucky and get a good client/project you can have a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Their are multiple cons in the company - 1. They will deduct money from your salary unnecessarily in the name of variable which they say is rating based. I personally never got less than 9/10 in quarterly ratings but still they used to deduct around 60% from EPB. 2. Zero hikes / No promotions. In my almost 2 year career no hikes happened. 3. It is top heavy company. There are 2-3 key people in every project who decides the fate of others. Full of egoistic people in management.
