You will get fixed part of salary on time.

Dislikes

Monthly salary deduction. Annual variable deduction. In hand salary is very less. HR is useless. No night shift allowance. You have to work weekday and weekend without any allowance. Toxic work culture.

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

... Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Very pathetic IJP process followed.

It's following hybrid or wfh model where it's not necessary to work from office That is good initiative for such stereotype company

Most of project are very short term, so being on bench are usually common, salary and perk or rarely got promoted/increase in healthy way and variable is scam here Clearly No to retain employee of the company Company forcing to work from office even there is no any such requirement Overall Company is not having employees welfare and comfort and not innovative in this regard
