    Multiple domain opportunities are available within HCL.

    Dislikes

    ...Few domains salary scale is very less. At low level, working more than 3yrs doesn't yeild any hike. Too much cost concious when it comes to employees benefits. Though onsite opportunities are possible when you maintain good relationship with your manager, compensation at onsite is very less compared to the other service providers.

    There are 2 programs in Hcl, in those you can get into Hcl after your 12th or after your graduation in which you pay them 3 or 1.5 lpa redpectively and they train you and then hire you at a package of 2.75 lpa.

    Dislikes

    No internal exams like Tcs digital, Infosys power programmer, Wipro Turbo to get into good tech projects and higher salary. Assignation to good Tech projects is random. And if you leave your project and get on bench then you will be forced to resign from the company if u don't manage to get into other project within one month.

    I would rather rate zero for screwing up some innocents life. This org is a perfect example for all those people suffering out there with pressure and working only for salary and basic needs. There is no leadership qualities, blame game is always up there. There is no hope for promotions and appraisals.

    Worst managers, only manager can servey here..without doing any work..non technical managers they simple sitting and getting salary. Especially Chennai location managers they not leaving this organization...because they can not servey current technology..so they sitting same company 10 to 15 years and enjoying. Worst HR behavior. Managers in office only few hours 2 to 3 hours.they put all presure to employees..long working hour 14 to 15 hours. Please stay away from Yuvarajan sanmugasundram manager projects..
