Hello all, Just a newbie requiring true advice. I have approximately 3 yrs of experience in the internal audit domain (FS). Recently a few months ago, I switched to HDFC. I feel so stuck here. I want a way out. There are so many nitty gritties for every step in this company. Moreover, I'm the least paid employee here. This is making me feel even worse. I want to switch desperately. Only mediclaim support which is very good

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Even after making profits every quarter, hdfc do not raise salary. Increment % is very bad. With raising inflation they should also think about raising salaries. The way supervisors / manager treat us , the overtime, the work load is very worst. They do not even provide support.

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.
