There is nothing to like about this Bank.

...preciated rather your credit will be given to someone else. No pay for Overtime. HR doesn't know the difference between CTC and Gross Salary. Toxic work culture. They even make you work on holidays and says they'll compensate by letting us take a leave on some other day but never allows later. Overall, not a place that is to called healthy at all. This company should be severely punished and look after for their employees' mental health. Oh yes, they even make you work on sick days and even if someone is dying in your family. A pathetic company.

There's nothing to like about this bank. Been working for almost 2yrs now and not a single day I've had peace.

...ations part. All they care about is only LI. More like a Life Insurance company. No pay for overtime. Absolutely t.o.x.i.c place no matter which branch you work in. And what the funnier part is they make you work even if you are sick and suggested complete bed rest for a week. They never give you leave even if you're dying. Made me work till 11pm in my initial days. A very non-employee friendly company. And if you can b.o.ot l.i.c.k your Branch Manager and Cluster Head, you will get a good rating else you'll only end up with C rating with a yearly bonus of mere 10k and a mere 300-400 raise on your salary. Lol!

Good and standard organization and good job security

Less salary increase, no promotions on time, heavy work load all the process is manual. No internal growth, organization is encouraging outside people and recruiting with high salary not recognise internal employees. Almost 12hours work

Well truly speaking everything. Immediate pressure on new joinee of both sales and operation , Lack in ethics, worst company culture ,no support of peer and superior and most important feminism do exist in hdfc bank.

Dislikes

Even after making profits every quarter, hdfc do not raise salary. Increment % is very bad. With raising inflation they should also think about raising salaries. The way supervisors / manager treat us , the overtime, the work load is very worst. They do not even provide support.
