    Work culture is very bad as lot of work loads but campare to work salary is low.Appraisal is always suspense even you work better you may face bad appraisal.Even on sat and sun you may have to work if work is overloaded.

    HDFC ergo have great and noise environment and sometimes in few companies employees are getting late salary but it's not happened with HDFC ergo .

    Dislikes

    Company culture also quite good but Some senior's behavior very rood and they don't wants to give chance to every one. They are preferring only selected team member.

    I don't think so there is any negative points that u need to be point out. One point is that the salary is decent but growth in career is very slow
