I am working in this company (ADCAT dept) for the last 2 years. Even in the period of lockdown, they allowed us to WFH without any salary deduction. Sat-Sun is compulsory off. Work-life balance. ADCAT dept has a startup environment so there is a lot of transparency. Good for freshers

Since this is not a tech company one shouldn't expect much but then too I would like to highlight a few points. Since there is no proper software development process so the quality of the project is worse. The fact is nobody cares until something crashes. No focus on best practices at all. Non-tech PM will make you laugh and sick at the same time. Managers do not value any technical suggestions so there will be a time where one would lose hope and run along with it. 90% of projects are scrapped within a few months after development. Lack of training for freshers/Interns pushes them in the wrong direction.

Skill development and learning is the main element in the hdfc life. Company culture and environment is very place to work.

...ys. Promotions and appraisals is a joke here less than 6% is the increment here. Salary are very low when compared to other similar industry.

Manager is your god. And manager scold in con call tell fukat ka salary leta hai kya. If you achieve Target then also you will not get increment. Boss gives more priority to girls.

Low salary structure Unwanted work pressure Dirty politics Zero growth if you're not a politician in the company Non recognition of your good work No incentives even after having huge targets Manual rating system of employees, you will be judged by your amount of buttering not by your performance. Overall very bad work culture

...ay of the month you will have to do work from home and do the revival calling. In branch operations 80% is sales and 20% is operations work but salary will be according to operations.
