There is nothing to like about this organisation. unqualified people are sitting in higher position only because of "yes boss" culture. POSH policies or any other HR policies are not transparent, cases are cleared as Mid-Senior Management practice negative favouritism. Only deceitful people can excel here.

If you resist against anything they will force you to quit by putting pressure on you. No job security you can be asked to leave whenever they feel.
