Promotion will take too long. Claimed work timing will be 8 to 4:30 in day. But they will make you extent without informing you prior which will affect our commitments. Worse job training.

Heat and Control is the largest and biggest company in the market segment. Related to my working in H&C, I love the way individuals have working space and work life balance. Perks and benefits are great.

Transport, company HR & GM are good people.

* All the other department in the company are good except the Mechanical engineering. * First they will treat u like slave when u join newly. * Asst managers and seniors with more than 10 years of experiences are of worst behavior. They don't have the basic manners how to treat and talk to people. They behave like goons. * Senior engineers / few project engineers will always use filthy words. * No professionalism * They don't even have the proper engineering Knowledge. * There are some discrimination form a person in Electrical engg dept., He always discriminate others by using the religious names and illtreat the person who consumes BEEF. * Lot of internal harassment's happen inside the Mechanical Department which no one cares. * Mechanical engineering team is famous for harassments and discriminations. * Their Harassment's may lead you to quit your life so be aware. * Last but not the least. If u want to excel your career in Engineering and want a peaceful work environment, Better stay away form this company...
