    Very good place for beginners to learn. Responsibilities and technical exposure is good upto 5 years.

    Dislikes

    Beyond 5 years learning and upskilling is very limited compared to other Tier1 suppliers. Salary is good but not exceptional, there is no other major employee benefits.

    Dislikes

    Salary structure are very low compared to market standards. Plus they will hire with 3 year bond period. During that period you'll have to work on anything they tell you even if you don't like.
