Its not a company to work for. Here are the reasons - 1. They don't pay salary on time. 2. The promoters don't have any vision and are worse than any LALA company. 3. Everyday there is a meeting with the so called CEO where the product vision is changed, no 2 days are similar. 4. They hire and fire people every few months. They will hire you with a raise which is above the market but that will remain only be on paper, because you wont get it. 5. The HR is an accomplice in the hiring and firing people. They lie and lack transparency and are snitches to the promoters and don't provide any support to the employees. 6. They don't clear FnF of employees. There are ex employees who are running after them for their salaries since the last 1 year. 7. They will make stop payment on the FnF cheques provided to you. They have no fear of legal consequences. This is not a company to be associated with. Working here is a mockery of your education experience and skills. Its our sheer bad luck that we will always have its name on our EPF accounts for life. No matter how much you plead for your hard earned money they dont care and hence its necessary that companies of this nature shouldn't exist.

... in them - Want to do 'everything under the sun' without investing on workforce! - Forget about getting any salary - Strong trend of hiring in mass, make them work and terminate without any advance notice, then all the best following them for salary, FnF, PF, Tax with No response! - HR is hopeless with no authority and empathy, basically just a management Puppet And the list can go On and On but.. Please don't waste your time and energy in even thinking to Join this company. Even if you have 0 offers, upgrade your skills or do something productive rather than Join here and spoil your career..

Making false promises by senior, keep salary on hold without any information, no appraisal, no promotion, no managers or HR's are ready to address employees concern they only make false promises. Now waiting for template in comments section.

Two rotational off along with Sunday. Shift timing 11:00AM to 7:30PM. Working process is very good.

Salary and other benefits are very poor. Increasement or appraisal not provided by the company from last two years.

In hello verify i was satisfied my job role but salary is low as per my work and there was too much work load on month end but everything is ok if organization paying more salary as per work.
