    Product based company with zero risk in job. Immersive work culture flexible timings

    Dislikes

    Still operates on out dated tech stacks including the version control system is very old. Hold backs the employees with less pay compared to market but if your lucky enough if you got your mangers back,you might get short term onsites here and then.

    Allows individuals to grow and add value to business value. Higher management is very good. Very well organized company. Provides very good support in times of difficulties. Considers hard work every quarter and presents employees with Honors with some money. A very good work-life balance.

    Technologies that were used are old. Only some teams use latest technologies. Salary is low when compared to competitors. Except these company is very good and perfect place to work.

    Employee friendly organization , we have corporate trainings where we can upgrade our skill-set and enhance new horizons or implement the learning in our day to day work.

    Dislikes

    Compensation is decent , but can be worked upon by keeping employee wellbeing in mind. Appraisals should be made more transparent ie Managers should discuss with team members individually about what they are lagging behind or what that employee can improve whenever they feel employee is not performing upto their mark, because its not right to wait until completion of year or appraisal meeting and then give less ratings and thus less hike.

    job security is better compared to avg corporate companies. little flexibility with login timings and 3 work from home options per month makes little comfortable compared to stringent office timings in many other organizations. good for girls and manager level people.
