    They provide free Udemy subscription, you can learn whatever you want to learn it from there. At workplace , very less scope and opportunity. Evening free snacks, bus services for transport

    ... In tough times, they cut the variable pay alot. Dont get trapped just because of high joining salary or 5 day work from home. 9.15 hrs to be completed each day otherwise loose your salary. Worst part if the resource management pool is horrible. Your joining project is good but once its over, you will be push into things that you regret as a developer(Like filling excel for operations)

    I was working with hexaware for a year during COVID time. The only thing I liked was able to put some creativity in my work.

    Dislikes

    Slow promotion and appraisals. Bias management and outdated systems provided to work. 12-14 hrs working per day was expected without OT or any compensation.

    Hexaware has a very great work ethic. They have a disciplined work culture with utmost transperancy & healthy relationship between the manager/supervisor. Work life balance is greatly maintained here.

    Dislikes

    The salary hike is not great however I highly appreciate the company's appraisal cycle happen every year but the salary hike disappoints.
