    Till 2022 highradius is doing good. If you are a hard working employee and able to work 12hrs in a day and able to work in a weekends as well then Highradius is good option for you. If you are a smart working employee and have another life apart from Highradius then you will fire within in a year without any reasons.

    ... They will pay you good money for manual work but learning is zero in that case you won't be able to switch in other organizations. They want hard working employee instead of smart work.

    Depends on the manager and team what level of promotions/salary and work life balance you will be getting. Also there are annual events held which are pretty good. Overall, it is good

    Corporate politics is an issue. Also favouritism is played in some teams and departments

    Nothing , earlier it used to be a good company , the work was good and compensation too , but after Return to office after covid , everything is going downhill. All good higher ups ( VP + managers ) have left the company and those who are remaining are looking out or are busy doing politics to save themselves. The company have stooped so low they will forcefully put you in PIP so that they don't have to give you severance package.

    There is nothing good left in the company.

    Salary and group medical insurance, which are quite decent.

    Dislikes

    company culture is pathetic. 80% of crowd is comprised of final year B.Tech students from KIIT and SRM. The senior leadership is made of these guys only, who joined 4-5 years ago as interns. The lateral hires are treated badly. No job security - you can get fired anyday. They conduct stupid quizzes and based on quiz score you can be fired. If your average work hour is less than 10 hours in any month during a calendar year, you will be fired. The company's CEO is founder also and does not get ground level report of what's happening. The products are waste. clients are not hapoy, but the company's focus is on making people come and sit for 10 hours in office. They ask the interns to give 5 star rating on glassdoor, ambition box and share posts on linkedIn, failing which job can be terminated.

    Nothing I liked it in the company. Even pay is less when compared to market standards.

    Dislikes

    Company doesn't care about employees much. When pandemic started they didn't provide basic amenities for WFH. I had spend more than 50% salary for the setup with my own money.
