    Poor management, HR department is very irresponsible. Other salary is mare then your salary in compare to your experience and dedication. Poor salary comparison in between all employees.

    Cultural activities they are organising In hikal collegues are good and understanding each other. Our HOD stores manager- MR umesh bhide Sir is very matured and decent person. Caring for others. He is not only our HOD he is one of good father also. I pray god in each and every department umesh bhide Sir should come. I am there in hikal because I proud that our HOD is one of the greatest leader.

    Frankly saying, as I have completed 4 and half years. Hikal is paying me very very low salary. In work point of view earlier I use to work in other department. And all of sudden they have transferred me to other department. Reason was the other person done fraud work with vendors. His mistake I am suffering, In that New department. Though the department is new maximum amount of work I am trying to complete in my shift.

    company is very well, time to time salary provided canteen facility bus facility. Over all is ok

    Dislikes

    hire working load in quality control, no better increment, 2,3 chemist handling analysis raw material sampling, inprocess sample, and final sample analysis. no helping another sinner person (4 deputy person)working in quality control. manger is very lazy no better knowledge about instrument.

    New things to learn related to chemical hazards and safety

    Have to Work more than 8 hours and sometimes not getting overtime pay also, safety department employees thinks fireman are casuals worker/ slayers, apart from fireman job office boy work, store keeping work and other works also have to do, as office boy, store keeping and other work also, Fireman is not in a company employee, this post comes from contractor side means giving temporary manpower to company, after 5 year of experience also they will not take as employees. Other fireman's pass their work to junior fireman's, most of the fireman leave their job in a year in this company because of department torture and not having work and life balance.

    Nothing i like at hikal.. company policies and working culture made me thinking why i have joined hikal

    ...everything company detuct from ur ctc like bonus and pf.. they want to acheive target for that how much u suffer they wont even care..even they make u to work for 12 hours but for that no ooty allowence given or any kind of comp off.. strictly i wont recommend ppl to join..
