    1. Experience person only limited here when you are only a diploma holder 2. Partialty in education wise no matter you are capable. 3. Work here like a worker however you are an engineer 4. Senior staff failed completely to make and maintain system. 5. Shift hours are lengthy specially when you are in night shift. 6. HR condition are worst. No timely inform about any policy and no information sharing. 7. Bad experience as a Diploma holder with 10 year of experience.
