Target oriented job. Company had hired initially stating that its a quarterly target. However, within one month they changed it to monthly target. They pay you well but pressurise a-lot to achieve targets and if you fail to do so even for a month they will put you in refresher program. Thus, there is no job security there. A lot of leave policies are there but when you actually want to take leave, managers will always give reason and cancel your leaves. No work life balance left. Mangers expect you to work even after your official working times are over.Read More

...Project managers are responsible for everyone's mistakes, every time you have to pay from your pocket,if you raise petty cash request then the finance team will reject the bills, no boday cares for the employee. The worst company I had ever been. Every day is hell here for project manager. Please don't choose homelane project manager position.. its very very bad... You will start taking calls from evry carpenter, electrician, nd so many other vendors by 7-30am and you have to run all day to one site to another nd company doesn't care how much u r travelling each day, nd you have to update everything nd request everyone to send the team for next day, so the day ends at 10pm... The square partner model may seems profitable for the organisation but the at ground level it is absolutely different. The SP thinks they are the owner of the company and not a franchise partner. The vendor management team is absolutely useless , they have onboarded such kind of vendor that it always create an escalation for the ground staff aka the face of HomeLane(as per CEO and CFO) aka Project Manager and SI. There is no work life balance. Office working are from 11 to 8 pm. You are working all most all the days of the week especially near month ends. You are made to do other people's work as well. You are expected to do sale, design, take clients follow-up, attend meetings at the same time. Personally I feel there is not time to design because you are mostly doing the rest of the stuff. It is a repetitive monotonous work in design. If you want to explore new material new techniques than it is not possible. Managers are asking you to do closer irrespective whether you have some or not. Sales team well depends, can be partial in giving you leads. Irrespective of whether you did very well in past the present is counted If you want to grow as a designer then this is not the place.Read More
