...at makes you to leave the organisation. ~ treat staff employees as their labour. ~ No salary hike/increment ( only 500-2k rs) ~ your reporting is in your managers hand completely, if he/she reports about your work negatively this issue won’t be addressed, no pip will be given, they just fired you. ~ senior take all the credits without even doing any work, just taking breaks and using phones all the time. ~ and only seniors get huge hikes (15-20k) So best for senior level people. ~ working environment is also bad. ~ people bully you on floor.

Work Culture is good. No politics. Many more oportunities to learn.

Limited growth, Less salary packages, No employee benefits provided like Pf & Health Insurance till now but company is planning to provide the same. So be clear with the management before joining.

This is one of the pathetic company in which i have worked. Zero job security, they can ask you to leave anytime. Not suitable for female employees. Its not a private limited company, its a proprietary business and they will treat you like a labour not an employee.

Leave issue, shortage of experienced staff, no appreciation, no working environment, no value of employees, no work culture, no fun activity specially for sales dept., too much work pressure, no medical.
