You will be paid an iterns salary but will be asked to work as a full fledged employee. There is no future for you once you've completed your internship. Good for short term experience.

This is very bad company if you want peace of mind than don't join there. Bad management, Bad Policy. In my working period 15 people resigned and many wore removed so there is no Job security. If you will talk to old employees all will give you Bad review. If you want secured job and good working environment then don't join this company.
