Again it’s all contingent on the team. The company has excellent policies in place and if allowed to work will create a great work environment

1. Make sure you join with good package so that you can stay for some year because hikes are very low. 2. Less opportunities for in role promotions & IJP process is not transparent 3. Work culture is average as not much team bonding activity happens

Work culture varies from team to team. HSBC is a bureaucratic mess. The management is clueless about what is happening and just throws around the latest buzzwords like a parrot There is a lot of scope to develop your skills and learn as there is no one here who knows anything and you yourself have to take up the initiative to do things

Compensation is poor There are no procedures in place to accomplish things but their feature list is too long, expectations are high and timelines are too tight

Work culture is good Learning portal are too user friendly and updated as per the process requirements.

Firstly salary part not satisfied with the salary what they gave, Secondly management is careless on there own employees No coordination in the teams and management Too much of work stress No time for personal life no once cares too The team in which I was working like if we support 24/7 also the work is not finished and not satisfied by the management

Work life balance, good environment to work. No unnecessary pressure of work. You can manage out time to up skill yourself within office hours as well.

Dislikes

Compensation for sure. It may give a good lure, but yearly hikes are meagre. But overall, if you are more on learning side, go for it. Good place to learn and achieve.
