...s are proffessional, lot of on- job training, career growth of male/female empl. depends upon personal rapport with Mgrs, salary hike is minimal, sometimes 0%,travel oppurtunity depends on personal rapport, no innovation just cost-cutting.

Undue favours to female employees, freshers salary is like those of 'zomato' delivery boys,Managers salary is of 'business analyst' in gurgaon, no innovation only cost cutting at employee's expense, longer cab /bus routes to cut cost at employees time, job security is there but good employees leave in 2 yrs

If you go to right team then plenty of opportunity to do experiments and high end work. And easy team switches

Dislikes

Promotion and salary growth is too slow. No meritocratic rank ordering. No fairness in pay distribution across band. You might be killing youself at the job and you also might be at low pay but you would never be corrected or even fairly compensated

Dislikes

Salary hike is not based on your year long hardwork but rather on your salary band in comparison to company' average. That means what ever hard work you do it doesn't matter or not cared rather as you are in a higher salary band

I am impressed with my workplace which is mostly work from home. The atmosphere here is incredible supportive, fostering both personal and professional growth. The team is also like a family and make each day enjoyable.

Dislikes

In the like comment, I have mentioned that its Hybrid or majority work from home, the salary structure is kind of average. In the beginning we used to claim our internet bills. However, they removed the internet bill reimbursement policy recently. Hope we wish to get it back so that I could give 5 star for salary and benefits next time. Some people would laugh at this dislike but many would know.

...licies in place in theory. In practice it all depends on your team and managers. In my experience I haven’t seen many positives apart from pay , but if your team is okay, it might work out very well

Again it’s all contingent on the team. The company has excellent policies in place and if allowed to work will create a great work environment
