In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. Top level management is good. But branch manager behaviour is rude and arrogant. His way of speaking with the staffs is not at all good. Otherthan the manager good working environment is good

Very bad women men culture which was supported by CEO, MD and HRs. Their woman employee share dining table with two other men employees for all the three breaks, takes food from their using plate, same woman employee needs other two men employees for pickup drop service at workplace añd need another to accompany by walk at late working hours.
