If you're a one company for life kinda person, well this one's the company to be in. You have tremendous job security. Work loads are manageable and there isn't any frenquent pressure from your higher authorities. The company culture is pretty chill.Read More

Work life balance goes for a toss sometimes. Career growth is super slow and also make sure you negotiate your salary well before you join, cause after that you might not see a considerable rise as per market standards. Promotions are mainly in the hands of the managers as always. So managers pets and people who keep pestering for promotions are the ones who get it. All the processes are tedious without a valid reason, these could be automated but the company chooses to do it the old fashioned way. There is a considerable amount of politics within the Indian employees that is chocking the company. Also the people here are so thrown back that they do not care about the future growth or wellbeing of the company. There is an immense possiblity of growth and it only saddens me to see it go to waste.Read More
