    Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

    Dislikes

    No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

    Good exposure to global auto factory.. Food was very good and transportation is very good. Employees are provided with many benefits_car purchase discount, advance salary, medical benefit for family members.

    Dislikes

    Learning is limited.. No timing flexibility, wfh is not allowed. 8 to 5 30 worktime. Once in 4 weeks Saturday working for first half. More bias in appraisel Systems are very outdated.
