    ...There is no hike or promotion. if you work here 4-5 years you won't get job outside any I have seen many people here. You will start enjoying here as there is no much work, which will prevent in your skill development.

    Depends on projects we get work life balance. Good internal team support . Traveling by own for office 3 days a week and no loggout will be recorded. Not much micro management.

    Dislikes

    No Salary hikes , No promotion expectations, Managers are key players equal to HR. If manager is not satisfied your first impression and till end he or she will not believe that you are performer. Lot of hidden feedback will be received from your work background only negative will be discussed. No employee feel that they working for company or Managers.

    Dislikes

    Worst company to work for. No hike is there. Work culture is very bad here. Ther is no perticular HR to complain about. No facilities provided. If you are in night shift then more worst as they don't provide night shift allowances also neither you get proper food in cafeteria. IBM doest consider night shift peoples as part of IBM. they doest do anything for them.

    The best thing in IBM was WFH opportunity though it was based on manager's approval. Also the learning hub, ideanthon, hackathon is really a good option in IBM. I was very happy to be a part of their cloud development team and mostly they will give you full access in their cloud development platform and you can do any PoC so it will help you to gain knowledge in IBM cloud and cloud development and also it will help to boost your career in Cloud Development.

    Dislikes

    The salary, appraisal, bonus really very poor in IBM. Once you have joined with the hike that will remain almost same for next couple of year.
