The best thing in IBM was WFH opportunity though it was based on manager's approval. Also the learning hub, ideanthon, hackathon is really a good option in IBM. I was very happy to be a part of their cloud development team and mostly they will give you full access in their cloud development platform and you can do any PoC so it will help you to gain knowledge in IBM cloud and cloud development and also it will help to boost your career in Cloud Development.Read More

No hike, no promotion, no work life balance, billing only 9 hours even though work assigned more than that, no personal life preference or consideration. Employees are treated like robots. No value given for feedback. No team bonding or management improvement survey to be taken. IBM IKEA will do nothing for ppl to get motivated for work. It's a trauma project where ppl should update their task and complete even if they are in dead bed. Internal politics is worst and seen people falling in sick because of poor management. No resource will be recruited to balance work load instead resources will be reduced and a person will be assigned with two to more projects to work without rest and benefits.Read More

IBM is good company but management is not good.Personal development is very slow.Employee is not getting salary as per current market Standard.There is very poor salary straructure in IBM.They are not paying the package..equal to number of experience.example if employee having 7 years of experience they are not getting 7 LPA.If you don't need any growth and relax in life then you can join IBM.My overall experience with IBM is not good.They are not paying variable regularly they are not giving salary hike regularly.Max salary hike is only. 8%.Variable you may get 5-10K max per years.Read More
