Nothing to like, it's a trauma working here. They will torture and make u frustrated untill u have no other option to put resignation.

...m management is to give mental harassment and pulling out legs down from growth. Very poor culture and no hike or benefits. They will even push somebody to attempt suicide that much pressure they put on somebody that they will forget he is a human

... be easy and you will grow and learn many things else your life would be hell. There is no hike or promotion. if you work here 4-5 years you won't get job outside any I have seen many people here. You will start enjoying here as there is no much work, which will prevent in your skill development.

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

Job security but manegerial level wil make your life uncomfortable in work.

Packages,no hike even after 1 year completion in the project with good performance. They are ok to hire new employee with 50-70% hike but cannot give even 20% hike for the existing performing employee in the project.
