Salary and career growth are issues here in my opinion. Everything abkut salary and its hike is not as expected

I had worked in this organisation almostalmost 3+years now I left that organization due to some personal reason.but this organisation is very good and here colligeus also very kind of us .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ure. Highly experienced professionals will train you however for a short period. Salary and appraisal are almost like other service-based MNCs. Work life balance in IBM is excellent.

Whatever somebody will the management never gets satisfied. Exploits employees to the core without any promotion and salary hike. My salary is still same since 7 years.
