I was campus placed, so luckily I got 16 CTC ( 75k in hand) rest they kept in performance bonus and which they generally hesitate to give.

...place for you. Along with work, you should also have to be good politician too. I was forced to resign, just because they're in the process of cost cutting and searching scape goats to accomplish that, unfortunately I was the one whose manager doesn't supported and created ultra toxic work environment, that forced me to resign.

Very Low salary as compared to other companies and current inflation. NO salary discussion with HR. No promotions. Growth is extremely slow. No retension of employees. no work life balance

Good HR Good learning Ambitious bank So work culture is also competitive Targets used to be stretched and every year incremental target set Long working hours Work life balance is little low

Work life balance large lot depends on your team and team lead. Job security and steady pay. Company culture is still hierarchical but slowly changing. Work satisfaction depends on team again. Product teams are better for learning and growth

No merit based promotion or appraisals. Limited scope for team change recently. Management has tunnel vision and execute the lead’s vision without room for questioning
