The only culture Leadership knows is to disrespect their employees. The culture they is no zero culture!!! No workplace etiquettes. Howling is a common way seniors talk in this bank.

I was campus placed, so luckily I got 16 CTC ( 75k in hand) rest they kept in performance bonus and which they generally hesitate to give.

I was forced to resign, just because they're in the process of cost cutting and searching scape goats to accomplish that, unfortunately I was the one whose manager doesn't supported and created ultra toxic work environment, that forced me to resign.
