I have been with ICICI bank from last 2 years and can truly say the job security, Salary credit and the culture here is far better than other banks.

Dislikes

It doesn't matter if you are working more or less as the appraisal here is fixed. No work from home option available here.

...nt. You get lots of exposure of the different companies who have account there. Salary on time ✅ Leaves are also there, but again it depends on your Reporting authority. There is such a brand name, but the higher authority fails to maintain it.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance; leaving time is not fixed and depends on the manager. Some leave at 6 pm while others have to work until 9 pm due to favoritism and bias. HR tends to favor the manager. No proper training, atleast they should give proper training of 7-10days. They say- be on the counter, and you will know how to handle customers, (even if you have no experience before still) They treat you poorly, shifting you from one branch to another at their whim, without considering your preferences. They disregard positive customer feedback about you. They show no concern for your health. Even if you finish your work by 5 pm, they expect you to assist colleagues, insisting on logging off together as a team. They may push you to the point where you choose to leave the job.

There are plenty. People here won't try to teach you anything. They just want you to learn by yourself. No support from the seniors and If the work is not done then they will threaten you. Seniors play politics here a lot. Maybe lesser than other banks but yeah but the work culture here is not worthy I must say.

This is a very intense organisation, u will find a different side of ur capabilities. Because u will be pushed to the limit and u will need to be successful or its a termination.

Dislikes

...help from seniors, no life, u will be so tired and used up, u can't do anything. Salary is terrible. Forget about promotions. No one is happy working in this place. Work culture overall is terrible. No systems no management. Senior people are all same. Here blame game goes on. HR is strong. But they are not practical.

Timings are manageable on most days. Work pressure is phased out. Brand name is good. Job security is excellent.

Dislikes

HR is extremely inactive. Pay is much below industry averages. Meritocracy is zero within the organisation.
