    ... Finally the salary for me is 14,000 + 3,000 peteol allowance but it get rejected if we can't finish our targets..Yearly bonus will be in April month if your are good to achieving day to day target you will get 3 month salary as bonus if not 1 month salary as bonus.. I am not suitable for this job so i quit after 4 months many told me to sustain atleast 1 year but i can't handle the pressure and mental trauma the gave in the name of conference call ( Literally i hate that word ).. My opinion is if you have talent to sale anything you can join unless don't waste your time..

    Icici bank culture and Bonus But unfortunately I didn't got.

    Dislikes

    Seniors are blindly believing immediate supervisor feedback. My Manager name Jagannadha Purama was in bad books but still Seniors believed him due to that I have lost carrier. So many complaints against him but no one is taking action because he is senior most employee

    Working with icici is gud u get learn many things but if ur looking for salary part then it's very poor here offered salary and the salary u get has a huge difference after u joined icici u will regert like me over ur decision were as ur in situation that u can't leave the job and ur stucked their.

    It's working load and less salary increment and less growth opportunities.
