    Timing is flexible. Salary hike is good their based on rating. Work life balance is good Managers will not torture in terms of business.

    Dislikes

    Politics on field RMS Promotion is based on super bosses not on performance. Internal business cheating is there. Incentives criteria is not their Disgusting contests... Travel convenience not approved by manager if you achieved the target. Because of Ego and Arrogance. Managers showing to management we are saving cost of company. HR is not taking phone calls nor replying mails on time. They are not taking self decision as per companies policy. They internally connect with your bosses and managers. They will not listen you that time they will only listen to your manager at the time of any problem.

    I have been working in ICICI Lombard since 5 years, i was a performer hence promoted after 1 & half years as a training manager, it is lombard's work culture & company benefits that i am still with the company.

    Dislikes

    The compay pramotes you, however expect you to work with the earlier salary. The company gives you a higher designation on your performance however doesn't pay that much. with the promotion, job responsiblity gets incresed but that doesn't increase your salary.

    Dislikes

    They don't give balance salary if you leave the organisation. They make you work for them free for 45 days. Incentives are not given. Fake people and fake support is given. Never work there and if working take their laptops and run away.

    Only thing good is the brand name and time to time salary

    Dislikes

    Bad managers, no work life balance, we used to work late till 1am almost everyday. I had horrible manager and super manager. Too much of hierarchy and no one used to help or support. People were so arrogant that they would bully and not teach anything to the new joinees.

    The company is extremely customer-friendly and open to accept new technology. The amount of efforts put in creating better customer experience is superb.

    Dislikes

    When it comes to appraisals and salary increments, it is not transparent. They have a poor appraisal system and it is heavily partial.
