    Entered into this company with good salary. Company recognised me within the span of 9 months and gave me promotion and hike.

    Dislikes

    Though company recognises you employers doesn't praise your work. Security for women working in this company is zero. Women are not recommended to join in this company especially if it is a Partnership Channel.

    Good teams. Less politics. HR engagement is good. Many initiatives for employees well being and team bonding exercises. Good appreciation in terms of appraisals and bonus payouts

    Dislikes

    The office location is a bit far to reach from major areas. The HR ops and talent acquisition team can be a bit more effective and robust. Otherwise no complaints.

    Slow paced follow up culture. Old-timers are difficult to deal with they do dot cooperate and you have to follow up multiple times to get things moving.

    It's a low pay master, it make people learn but unable to make them work for iPru People only with sound financial background can plan retirement from iPru, rest from financial and promotional growth people opt for Job switch I start my day in office at 9 AM and stay in office till 11 PM
