I used to work in Icon till Sep-2022. One thing which I felt on a personal level is the higher management does not pay attention to its employees requests/inputs/feedback. The environment though not toxic, it is not progressive as well. Favouritism is a major flaw which I noticed among the managers. Training is improper. You're directly asked to start doing the activities without training or feedback. Leave policy is on first come first serve basis. Even if the team has adequate members to take up additional tasks, you cannot take a leave if another employee has already availed. Only one person is allowed to avail leave during a time period. Hike and appraisal is not worth discussing. 7 days public holiday support is mandatory.Read More
