    Nothing the salary package is too much less for experience candidate as well this company does not provide the settlement amount after leaving the company the bathrooms are very unhygienic. They also tells that if the boys come in afternoon 3.00 shift per day 30 rupees will be provided but they only give 13 rupees.

    There's no work pressure. No rotational shifts, morning to evening working hours. All government holidays are holiday to employees. And provide more enough PL / sick / Causal Leaves ( 40 days yearly). Most important is learning part, you can learn everything there. Because this is data centre, you may learn additional technology, purely based on own interest. Lunch would be free. If you want comfort zone, definitely I would prefer this company to everyone.

    Dislikes

    Simple and open answer, there's no hike in salary. Once you join - there should be bond for 2 years. So till bond period - they never give hike. Huge internal politics. I was worked there for 4.5 years, got only 40k hike in my package (which means per year 10k increment). There's no employee welfare, manager will treat you like slave. Lots of technology available there, but no one will share the knowledge. I was frustrated due to hike and resigned the job.
