It was all remote and they sent everything in advance, even login access, joining instructions, everything came well on time.

The only minor thing I noticed was that the assessment platform could have been a bit more user-friendly. But apart from that, no real complaints.

Hell , pathetic environment. Worst ever experience. Managers target employees and make their life hell. For every responsibility they warn you on job security. Only *ss lickers can survive ar this company. A constant feeling of stress and pressure. No appreciation , no leaves allowed. Its hell. Even some employees are devil. To protect their job they demean their own team members.

The fixed component of salary is good. There are overall some great people working here. Good opportunities to learn.

Company culture driven from the top has deteriorated in some verticals. Job security under serious question as people are witnessing layoffs inside the company.

The next round was with the Area Sales Manager , where we spoke about field experience , sourcing methods , and managing client relationships. It felt like a real exchange of ideas rather than a checklist of questions. The final round with the team head gave clarity on team setup, expectations , and growth scope in the region. Once selected , the onboarding process was well-managed. HR stayed in touch regularly , shared al necessary steps, and ensured that training and system access were ready before my joining. This preparing helped me settle in smoothly. In my current role , i handle multiple corporate clients , manage regular acquisition targets, and represent the bank in client meetings. The pace is quick , but the environment is encouraging and team-driven, and support from managers is consistent.

Idfc give you a hefty salary compared to market. They give you on the job training.

Dislikes

They sugarcoat it till you join. Once you join, you're stuck. They'll play with you. Job security - 0. If they wish they would force you to relocate from places like Delhi directly to Chennai. You have no say in this. They just want to play with you.
