I have been worked in ienergizer 1 year 7 months and nothing is good in management. Only good thing is that if you will get the good leader than you can learn the things from them only not from the management.


As in this organisation you have to sacrifice in each n everything but not company. They are deducting the salary without giving you any reason and if you will tell them than they are just making you fool that we r working but even 6 months you will not get the resolutions. If u r working than good and if you will think about the resignation than they will not treat as a employee. Even they will tell you that 6 days working but they will request you to come 7 days and after that the week off will get expire and unable to generate again. You will face the problem in week off, national Holiday as well the festival holiday.

...*The salary provided in international procesesses are good. but there is no PF deduction. *The company is ok only only if you you are planning to work for short period of time.


...* The basic salary will never get increased even if work for 10 number of years. The managment will increase your variable compnents but Fixed components will never get increased. * They do not care about their employee at all. * The management is worst. The IT department is even more worst. * Attendace policy is very bad. The very well know how to deduct salary. * They do not accept the gliches caused via there tools. * We are not even allowed to talk about your process inside or outside the primises. * You even cannot take the name of your process. * There are multiple cafeterias, but there is no proper ventilation because of which the cafeterias are very smelly. * Almost 97% of the people smoke inside the primises. There is no proper smoke area. The agents smoke in the pathways. The non-smokers face major problem.

I like the salary process . Which they always provide on time every month early in the morning of 7th every month's. Baki pass me jo rehte h un ke liye thik h time par aao kaam Karo Target achieve Karo aur jao.

I also don't like if you are late and your half day will be mark but you can't allow to go home because tl ki shrinkage badh jayegi aap ka half day laga wo aap ki galti h par half day ki salary par v aap se full day work karvaya jayega. Baki as par the client requirements ya company requirements agar wo aap se extra hours kaam karvate h to us ka koi extra income nahi dete h. Company ki sari policy company ki profit ke liye hi h. Employee se koi matter nahi karta. Baki jo main puching h jo count hota h us ka v distance bhaut Jayda h jo ki main gate par hi hona chaiye jo ki count ho jis wajah se bhaut se logo ka half day lag jata h that should be improve.
