In India office, promotions are not based on merit. They are already fixed and beyond manager level there are hardly any females. The senior leadership is biased towards females, given an option they promote male managers. This is unfair for females and they are left with no option but to either accept them as second choices or look for options outside IHG.Read More

Learning and development activities does happen from time to time. Company policies provide equal opportunity (and sometimes more) to females unless a manager has a personal bias towards hiring females (which is possible in any organisation). Company does provide both side cabs and it has put in place measures for safety of your health. In the end if you are applying for a job at this company don't expect higher monetary benefits. Although it will give you good work experience at the start of you career.Read More
