    Nothing is good here you have to manage all the things by own.If you want something for office use products you have to face lots of policy.No job security they fire you any time without giving any proper information.

    There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is good but career growth is zero at the time promotion the appoint new staff with less salary and fire you with out telling you and proper information.No job security

    IMC limited good company but lower level employees very less salary but above M5 grade good. Our terminal location ( Dighi oil storage pvt ltd Vpo dighi Raigad Mumbai ) not good Here no transport no hospital .

    There is no work harassment in this organisation, Career growth will be okay, Employees will be sent for workshops/ training on regular basis depending on the interest of the candidates.

    Dislikes

    The compensation and other benefits for engineers with minimum experience will be horrible. Once if the candidate reaches the managerical cadre the componsation will be decent.
