    On time Salary even without task done by employee. in other words salary given based on attendance which was decided during joining. No Heavy Workpressure.

    Dislikes

    No Promotion even 20-30 years job, may be one by mistakes. No Canteen. No Employee Focuses such as Fan, Cooler, AC, Computer, Chairs, sitting arrangement. No rights for employees such as 0 Personal Gate pass, 6 day working, poor environment. staffs are highly unskilled such as 10th pass, 12 pass, ITI pass or BA/B.Com. No Training programs for employee. No learning only earning on time (1st week every month. Bike conveyance 1.5 rs / km, for car 4 rs / km

    There is good freedom of work, and job security . Top management is good.

    Dislikes

    Working hours is 10hr for everyone and salary is not according to work experience. Few are getting high pay at same place few are getting very less with the same experience. Employee engagement is missing. No any other benefits are there.

    ... Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good sallery hike and bonus every year

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

    ... Definitely, salary difference b/w diploma and other qualification that is 2k.but diploma holder can't get decided salary by hr and contractor. Last I want to say if you need job only for money purpose you are welcome. Otherwise here is no career growth and not learn skill.
