Management has no idea, what they really want to accomplish in the long run. Most of the top executives are driven by deadlines defined by themselves but no one would be able to explain it why exactly it matters and what company as a whole will accomplish. Appraisal is process is mediocre. Just because Impetus as a parent company has 5 sisters companies, appraisal process cant be streamlined. Promotions and appraisals are really slow. Technology they have used in their products not anything like cutting edge or really innovative. 95 % of the staff in Indore Head-office is local only. Overall company is operating like government by being private. Only thing is that no one will let you go unless you’re really terrible at your job.Read More
