...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I like my team and the product I am working for. I joined when InCred was just a start-up, have seen it growing and have contributed in this growth. It feels really good when we are working in a environment where you meet different people teammates and other team's people accounts, legal, operations, clients, learn something that helps with your career growth. You also get appreciation for your hard work.

Dislikes

I have observed some people are just there for salary. They don't have that ownership qualities. Just waiting for the day when they are asked to leave. No programs, functions and good facilities for employees. Some are getting higher salary and doing nothing compared to the hard workers who are working at much lesser salary. It's basically depends on the team you are working with.

InCred Finance provide open culture to work. I have learn lot of the things in the company. Comapny encourage employee to show theire talent and organising training to update theire employee skill.

Process flow. There is no systimatic process and software in the organisation . Most of the work is manual.

Ashwin Sekar and KunjaKishor are the CPTO and Head of Engineering respectively who are unfit and incapable of running the organisation. How can you make someone a CPTO who has never written a line of code ? And, How can you make someone Head of Engineering who has never managed people earlier ? Kishor simply doesn't have the skills or experience to lead an engineering org. InCred instead of finding replacements to Rahul Bhargav and Amlan Mandal who were top class, has promoted the above id*ots who simply don't deserve the roles only to save costs.

No Support no training No job satisfaction, was asked to meet a deadline in 1st week itself..without any training..Management works from home on weekends but junior employees are called to office. Higher level employees get good softwares to work and other have to manage with cheap alternatives. Over all low budget indian startup. Better go for a MNC
