Thy will always try to fire you by finding a cheaper replacement. - No proper process, no standard - Their aim is to get a lot of work by paying a peanut salary - Very rude and dominating, poor time management (12.00 Hr). Leadership appears heavily influenced by higher management, resulting in a disconnect between decisions made at the top and the needs of mid and low-level employees. Management focus on trivial matters over meaningful product development, exemplified by Deepak Arora and Raghavendra Tirtha, is demotivating for employees. the cultures of long hours and job insecurity exacerbates the high-pressure environment .
