Most ridiculas company.they hold your salary only on the basis that you did.nt pick a call.dont join this company people are religious oriented they dont consider holiday of hindu calender.they are racist.bekar company hai yaar and staff bhot jyada bekar tumhe salary hi ni milegi agar sm ya rsm ne hold kar di to.and HR bekar hai uski kuch ni chalti.free ki salary kha re hain.bakwaas company.maine apna career barbad kar liya is company ki wajah se.politicians ki bikau company mere saamne badal ko loan diye bina kisi app form sign ke financials ke nd bank statement ke.chor hain indiabulls waale.

There are no giving importance to lower level managers and executives. Only top level managers are doing their jobs secure, and increase his salary but they don't bother about lower level managers There is no job security There is no career growth Product is not customer friendly, suddenly increase the rate of interest, when the customer ask to reduce, that reducing is not possible in our hand, head office will take care, but no one is not responsible.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have not training from company on-job.The work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attendes client calls in th evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of th times. there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes
